Can I use the site in English?
Yes. The whole site — shop pages, basket, checkout and order tracking — is available in English. Use the language menu at the top of any page.
How do I pay?
You pay when your order is delivered, in cash or by card at the door. We never ask for card details on the website.
Which areas do you cover?
Nicosia (Lefkoşa), Kyrenia (Girne), Famagusta (Gazimağusa), Morphou (Güzelyurt), Iskele/Long Beach and Lefka. Each shop sets its own delivery neighbourhoods and fees.
How are fruit, vegetables and meat priced?
Items sold by weight are weighed when your order is prepared and you pay the actual weight. If the amount changes, you see it in your order before delivery.
Is it safe for students and new residents?
Every shop is reviewed by our team before it goes live, you pay only after you receive your order, and your personal data is protected under TRNC data protection law.
I own a shop. Can I sell on Kıbrıs Online Market?
Yes. Opening your online shop is free. During launch the first 5 shops also get 1 month without commission.
